Fix: improved handling of the case where the user starts a second Recorder session and this detects an update available for installation.Fix: recording failed to start when using the command line interface.Fix: If the user sets a custom Temp folder to a folder that FlashBack does not have access to, rather than failing to export (or failing on other operations) FlashBack now uses the default system temp folder instead.
